A: all orders ship in 4-5 days
Q: how do I pick what I want on my case?
A: after sending your order number, you will be sent a catalog of pieces to pick from ( be prepared I have 100s of options and the average case only needs between 6-9 pieces)
Q: I don't have a iPhone can you still make me a case?
A: yes I can, I make all phone models.
Q: can I have the exact same case you have posted?
A: sorry no, no two cases are the same
I can do something similar. ( put your own spin on it)
Q: I don't know what I want can you freestyle?
A: Absolutely, just give me some likes and dislikes of yours example (love the color pink, dislike the color green).
Q: what is the best time to inquire about my order?
A: from 8am to 8pm

A: as 90% of orders are custom made we do not offer refunds.
